I just did the Cyclo-SPEED Aero Ab Blaster and Cyclo-CLIMB. Boy in just a month and a bit, that workout got hard... I still love the cyclo climb, I took it easier than what I normally do and worked on keeping the 80rpm, We are supposed to focus upon our technique not our VO2 Max in the off season.
Now to decide if I want to do the New Year's Eve Cross Race... Anyone want to go?

Off Season
OK. I've gotten on the trainer about once a week and hard this off season so far. But I don't have any real plan set up for training yet.
I know my core is wishing for a little more work and a lot less Christmas goodies. I really like Graeme's Cyclo-SPEED core blaster. The power wheel can make those abs hurt. I think my fitness has not slipped too far, but the need to get my off season plan started is beginning to rear its head. I know that I'm enjoying the Sufferfest video's, they are different that most anything else out there and feel less like a work out. The Cyclo-SPINS are focused and very very good to get one focused on training schemes.

I've ridden the trainer once this week... UGH
But someone sent me this YouTube... Monty Python makes it all good... Till tomorrow a.m. when I need to get some core work done.
