Oh it's a pain being out. Cross season is in full swing here and I'm sitting in a chair. I can't even do a crunch because of bruised ribs, though I can lift cabinets to put them in place... can't do uppers though.
I have yet to look at a plan, I'm just trying to get through this week of work, get in and see the doctor (if I can get an appointment), and plan for my October 18th Ride for Refugees.
